Workshop / Production Manager
£40,000 - £45,000 + Full Industry Training + Progression + Bonus + Life Insurance + Benefits
Office Based, commutable from Newton Abbot, Ivybridge, Exeter, Dartmouth, Torquay, Dawlish and surrounding areas with some international client travel.

On offer is a great opportunity to showcase your manufacturing / production skillset, taking responsibility for the Production team and liaising with the other departments within the business to drive efficiency and process improvement.
This role would suit someone from a precision manufacturing background within a production / workshop engineer or manager position looking to take the next step in their career and work as part of a close knit team of technical experts on a bespoke product.
The Role:
*Production Manager / Workshop Manager directly responsible for a small team of Engineers
*Managing all production processes to drive efficiency and quality
*Precision Manufacturing environment

*From a Production / Manufacturing background with direct experience on precision manufacturing
*Looking for development opportunities
*Commutable to Newton Abbot
