Production Supervisor/ Shift Manager
Charlotte, NC (Commutable from Shelby, Morganton, Lenoir, Lincolnton)
$90,000 - $115,000 + Bonus + Progression + Training + Medical + Dental + Vision + 401k
Are you a Production supervisor or manager looking to lead a highly skilled production team? Are you looking for long-term progression and training to help you reach your potential?
On offer is an excellent opportunity to lead a 60-person production operation and drive improvements across safety, quality and processes.
The company have built a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and innovation. Due to continued growth and internal development, they are now looking to add a strong Production Manager to their leadership team.
The role would suit someone with a manufacturing management background who has led production teams, coached supervisors/managers, and driven continuous improvement within a plant environment.
The Role:
Lead and develop a day shift production staff of 30-40 people.
Drive improvements across safety, quality, training, KPIs, processes, and production efficiency.
Days based position 2-2-3 schedule
The Candidate:
Experienced manufacturing or production leader with strong people-management capability.
Engineering degree preferred, but non essential
Motivated by progression and expanding their skills base.
