Warehouse Manager
$95,000 - $110,000 + Bonus + 401(k) + 80% Healthcare + Sponsored Life Insurance + 2 Weeks PTO + Company Benefits + 11 Paid Holidays

Are you a Warehouse Manager looking to join a rapidly expanding manufacturing organization, investing in new product ranges and equipment to further dominate the market?
Do you want the chance to bring fresh ideas, improve processes, develop teams autonomously working cross functionally with senior leadership?
In this position you will work collaboratively with sales, inventory, logistics, production and senior leadership to effectively lead and develop the warehouse team, operations and processes. You will be responsible for receiving and storing raw materials, analyze and implement process improvements, maximise storage capabilities and have freedom over creating new ideas for out sourced storage units. Additionally you oversee the smooth running of finished goods reaching customers with minimal to zero picking errors and develop KPI's to meet production goals.
This is a great opportunity for someone with proven leadership skills and experience in a warehouse management position, to work develop and enhance the warehouse operation within a market leading manufacturing organization.
The Position:
* Lead a team of 30 people in receiving, warehousing and distribution for a variety of products
* Establish KPI's, SOP's and department goals to ensure production targets are being met
* Have autonomy over developing and enhancing operations and processes
* Coordinate inbound drop off's and outbound pick ups
* Ensure staff are trained inline with safety standards and procedures
The Person:
* Warehouse Manager
* Experience in food or beverage manufacturing, pharmaceutical or similar highly regulated environment
* Proven experience leading and developing teams and processes
* Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred but not essential
