Training Manager - Water / Wastewater
£50,000 - £55,000 + Training + Development + Autonomy + Car Allowance + Benefits
Site Based, commutable from Peterborough, Corby, Wellingborough, Wisbech and surrounding areas.
Are you an experienced Trainer from within the Water / Wastewater industries, looking for the opportunity to take the next step in your career and take the technical lead of a team of industry trainers?

On offer is a Training Manager role, where you will be responsible for a team of Trainers, ensuring quality, standards and management are all efficient and effective overseeing budgets, delivery and ensuring the team continues to perform.
This role would suit a trainer or training manager with experience within the water or wastewater industries, looking for the opportunity to step into a senior management position with the ability to mould a department and showcase their technical knowledge.
The Role:
*Management of a team of Technical Trainers within the Water sector
*Leading strategy, business development, finance and quality within the Training Team
*Site based with some travel
The Person:
*From a water / wastewater background with experience as a Technical Trainer
*Looking to continue your development and progression
*Full UK Drivers Licence
