In this position you will lead the water purification department to troubleshoot, operate and monitor wastewater systems ensuring they meet regulatory requirements. You will play instrumental role in the business, accountable for a continuous improvement, quality, safety, and performance of the wastewater facility. The Position:
- Lead a team of wastewater operators through key projects across the plant
- Work cross functionally across continuous improvement, quality and safety
- Troubleshoot operator and monitor the wastewater function
- Long-term career progression, bonuses, and full company benefits on offer
The Person:
- Wastewater / water treatment background
- Experience leading and/or managing people
- Preferably have an Associates Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Operations Management or similar
