Are you a Service Technician or Field Service Technician working on HVAC or Refrigeration systems, ready to lay down your tools and pivot into a customer facing role with outstanding onboarding? Are you looking for an, office-based position where you can operate as a go-to-expert, retaining your technical expertise whilst working with some of the biggest names in the industry?
On offer is an excellent opportunity to transition off the tools and into a strategic, customer-facing role, with comprehensive training provided by seasoned support engineers and stable daytime shift, with no weekend work.

In this role, you'll support customers by guiding them through technical issues, troubleshooting remotely, coordinating parts orders, and dispatching Service Technicians when needed. It's a desk-based position where your hands-on experience will be your greatest asset.
The role would suit a technician with HVAC maintenance or troubleshooting experience who's ready to move into a long-term, stable role with career development and less physical demand.
The Role:
- Technical point of contact for customer support (phone calls, emails, SMS)
- Coordination and scheduling of Service Technicians and parts orders
- Office-based role with a weekday schedule.
The Candidate:
- Prior experience in HVAC maintenance/troubleshooting
- Seeking expert training and long-term career development
- Ready to step off the tools into a more strategic, desk-based role
