Salary: $73,000 - $75,000 + 401k (Immediate Vesting) + 3 Weeks PTO + Specialist Training + Tuition Assistance + Medical + Dental + Vision
Location: Boca Raton, FL (Commutable from: Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Delray Beach, Pompano Beach)

The Role:
- Technical Lead: Act as the "go-to" engineer for all industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems on-site.
- Support the maintenance and optimization of niche environmental control units critical to cGMP production.
- Autonomy: Manage your own schedule and lead the troubleshooting of high-spec commercial HVAC equipment.
The Candidate:
- HVAC Specialist: Must have a strong background in Industrial or Commercial HVAC (No residential-only backgrounds considered).
