Technical Skills Coach - Plumbing
Slough
£40 to £45 per hour
Full-time, 37 hours per week, initially until Easter. Potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

A well-regarded Further Education college is seeking a Technical Skills Coach in Plumbing to support apprentices across Slough and Langley. This is a site-based role focused on guiding apprentices and employers through the apprenticeship journey.
The role centres on managing a caseload of Plumbing and Domestic Heating apprentices, providing high-quality skills coaching, mentoring and assessment to ensure learners progress successfully through Gateway and End Point Assessment.
The Role:
* Technical Skills Coach for Plumbing and Domestic Heating apprentices
* Managing a caseload of apprentices through on-site visits and workplace assessments
* Coaching, mentoring and assessing apprentices with constructive feedback
* Ensuring accurate and timely maintenance of apprentice records
The Person:
* Level 2 English and Maths
* Relevant plumbing qualification
* Assessor qualification A1 or equivalent
* Experience working with apprentices
