Projects based in Washington DC, Northern Virginia & Baltimore
$100,000 - 115,000 + Progression to Senior Superintendent + Benefits Package + 401K + PTO + Technical Training

The company are a leading organisation in Maryland, & their goal is to grow & expand the business to new areas & ventures. They will need to push people through the ranks in order to accommodate this growth, providing the right person with excellent opportunities to achieve promotions & progress with the business.
This role will require you to organise & coordinate subcontractors & the site team, along with scheduling from the blueprints, daily reporting, assisting with material orders & dealing with site deliveries. Also, on the project you will need to adhere to & ensure the site is safe at all times.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Superintendent looking for a company that is offering excellent technical progression & an ambitious, yet supportive culture. They have exciting plans for the future, giving the right person opportunities to develop technically.
Role:
- Organise & coordinate subcontractors & site team
- Scheduling & daily reporting
- Ensure site safety procedures are adhered to
- Progression into Senior Superintendent & General superintendent in the future
The Person:
- Experienced working with a Commercial General Contractor or an Interior Contractor
- Experienced with new construction & renovations
- Open to working in Washington DC, Northern Virginia & Baltimore
- Excellent communication, organisation & software skills
