Utilities Superintendent
$95,000 - $115,000 Including Insurances, Vehicle, Progression
Raleigh, NC (Commutable from Durham, Sanford)
Are you a Superintendent or Foreman looking to take the next step in your career by taking the on site and technical lead on municipal and civil projects?
Are you looking to specialize with training and progression available in order to spearhead multiple projects in the area?
On offer is an excellent opportunity for a superintendent to join a leading utilities, sewer and water construction contractor, who take pride in their quality and levels of service while working on exciting municipal projects across the state.
This is a fast moving and growing contractor in the state of North Carolina. As a trusted partner of local communities and federal clients with an existing pipeline of projects within the area. They are looking to further solidify their brand image and take on as many projects as possible.
In this role you will lead on site construction practices, being the main point of contact, making sure schedules and lookaheads are on track and compliant with OSHA standards.

The Role:
- Complete project safety and risk assessment reports
- Assist with PM and General Superintendent with schedule and budgets
- Develop lookahead schedules and complete pay requests with contractual documents
The Person:
- Experience with Pipeline, utility, sewer or water construction projects
- Understanding of local OSHA regulations and standards
- Experience as a Superintendent of Foreman in related project fields
