$90,000 - $110,000 + Project Bonus + Insurances + Fuel Card + PTO
Excellent opportunity for a Superintendent to join one of the most reputable general contractors in the state, providing the opportunity to work on a range of high-quality and exciting municipal projects.
On offer is the chance to work on some of the most complex and exciting projects in Central Florida, while having the opportunity to leverage the diversity of your experience to drive the company forward.
This is for a well established and highly regarded general contractor in the state of Florida. With a HQ in South Florida, they have an exciting pipeline of work and are looking for a Superintendent to join and contribute to their strategic growth that will see projects completed across the state.
Put simply, in this role you will have the opportunity to change lives. This company has strong relationships with local cities and muncipalities, completing work which will impact Floridians for generations to come.
This role would ideally suit a Superintendent who has experience working on ground up construction projects.

The Role
- Schedules, budgets, submittals, reports and project site safety. Liaising with all relevant stakeholders to see project through to completion.
- Experience running multiple projects.
- $90,000 - $110,000 + Project Bonus + Insurances + Fuel Card + PTO

- Commercial construction experience
- Familiarity with ground up projects
