This is a well-established commercial construction firm with a strong reputation in the Augusta market. They deliver high-quality projects through a collaborative, close-knit team and are known for setting high standards in safety, quality, and execution. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Superintendent to lead multimillion-dollar projects and play a key role in their ongoing expansion.
In this role, you will lead day-to-day site operations across multiple commercial projects. You will take responsibility for safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control, while working closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
This role would suit a Superintendent from a commercial construction background who takes pride in site leadership, thrives on responsibility, and is looking for long-term career progression and recognition.
The Role:
- Lead commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Take ownership of site operations, safety, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
- Work closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and site performance
The Person:
- Experienced Commercial Superintendent with a proven track record
- Confident reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
- Strong understanding of commercial construction methods and site delivery
- Professional, decisive, and comfortable leading teams on site
