In this role, you'll be responsible for multiple projects, leading all site operations with precision and authority, ensuring standards of safety, quality, and delivery that set the benchmark for the region. The Role:
- Lead multiple commercial projects from start to finish
- Take full ownership of site operations, safety, scheduling and subcontractor coordination
- Partner with Project Managers and Stakeholders to ensure execution, and successful project delivery.
The Person:
- Experienced commercial superintendent with a proven track record.
- Confident in interpreting drawings and using site management software.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction and site delivery.
