This company has built a strong reputation for successfully delivering hospital expansions, medical facilities, and complex healthcare renovations, often within active, patient-occupied environments. Due to a strong project pipeline and continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a Superintendent to lead some of their most technically demanding and high-profile healthcare projects across the region.

In this role, you will take full ownership of site operations, leading day-to-day construction activities while coordinating trades, managing schedules, enforcing safety and quality standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards. You will act as the primary on-site representative, working closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and healthcare stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient project delivery.

This role would suit a Superintendent with healthcare and/or commercial construction experience who is looking to step into larger, more complex projects and progress into a Senior Leadership position through a clearly defined career pathway.

• Lead healthcare and commercial construction projects from site start-up through to completion

• Manage live / occupied healthcare environments, prioritizing safety, quality, and uninterrupted operations

• Take full responsibility for site operations, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control

• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure seamless execution, communication, and delivery

• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with project and regulatory requirements

• Superintendent with healthcare and/or commercial construction experience

• Comfortable managing complex, multi-trade construction sites

• Strong understanding of construction drawings, schedules, and site management software

• Proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and to a high standard

• Motivated by career progression and stepping into larger, more complex projects
