You'll work directly with customers and recruiters to design scalable systems, automate workflows, and shape the company's internal engine for rapid execution. The Role
- Design and automate internal systems that streamline marketplace and recruiting operations
- Drive key growth initiatives across billing, onboarding, SEO, and integrations
- Build structure from ambiguity-turning unstructured work into clear, repeatable processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve efficiency and customer experience end-to-end
- Contribute to shaping company strategy and help scale the next phase of growth

The Person
- 4-8 years of experience in GTM, Operations, Investment Banking, Consulting, or VC
- Background in elite or early-stage startup environments (Series A-pre-IPO)
- Process-minded operator who thrives on bringing order to fast-moving challenges
- Sharp, adaptable, and comfortable context-switching across multiple priorities
- Persuasive communicator who can sell ideas and drive alignment
