You'll work directly with founders from leading fintech and hyperscalers, gaining the experience and exposure to every key lever of building a high-growth business.

You'll join a high-performance, all-hands-on-deck environment where collaboration and impact go hand in hand.

You'll take ownership of the full SMB customer journey from prospecting and closing deals to onboarding, success, and retention. This position sits at the intersection of sales, client success, technical implementation, and analytics, making it ideal for someone eager to grow in multiple directions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive end-to-end sales to prospective SMB customers.

* Onboard & support customers

* Define and optimize a scalable onboarding process.

* Track key metrics and analyze data to drive decision-making.

* Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve user experience.

* Lead customer success and account management initiatives.

The Person

* 1-4 years' experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success (SMB focus preferred).

* Strong data analytics skills and genuine interest in technology.

* Excellent communicator and relationship builder.

* Thrives in early-stage, fast-paced startup environments.

* Highly ambitious, proactive, and values-driven.
