Marketing Analytics & Growth Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing series B AI startup backed by top-tier investors. The team is pioneering no-code AI agents that collaborate across channels like email, Slack, and Zoom-handling open-ended tasks in dynamic environments while learning and improving over time.
As Marketing Analytics & Growth Lead, you'll take end-to-end ownership of acquisition, attribution, and performance measurement. You'll build integrated systems, set up reliable data pipelines, and ensure the marketing team has the insights needed to scale. You'll also run high-velocity experiments across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels.
This is an ideal role for someone who's equally comfortable optimising campaigns and architecting the systems behind them, with a passion for turning chaos into clarity.
The Role
Lead and execute performance marketing, SEO, lifecycle, and attribution strategies.
Build and optimize full-funnel growth engines from acquisition through retention.
Design and maintain marketing tech stacks and data pipelines (ETL/reverse ETL).
Create dashboards and collaborate cross-functionally to align on growth priorities.
The Person
5+ years in B2B SaaS or high-growth tech with proven growth channel scaling.
Hands-on with Google Analytics, GTM, major ad platforms, CRM, SEO, and data tools.
Highly analytical with dashboard, A/B testing, and measurement framework expertise.
Bonus: AI/ML, workflow automation experience; hybrid work-ready in SF.
