This role offers an exciting permanent position for candidates that have experience on solar PV who aspire to be part of a growing enterprise. You will be working with various contract managers supervisors and admin staff to ensure projects are completed in line with budget, time scales and to the highest standard. As a Solar PV Manager you will be responsible for a number of domestic and commercial installations. You will be responsible for CDM matters with ongoing contracts and will include assisting with H&S, design, RAMS and handover documents.
The ideal candidate will have experience with solar PV installations and a knowledge of MCS accreditations. There will also be an expectation to be familiar with the install process of solar PV both on domestic and commercial projects. Whilst it would be advantageous to be electrically qualified this is not essential. Experience managing teams and contractors would also be an advantage for someone being successful in this position.

Overseeing and managing the installation of solar PV projects
Managing Engineers on domestic and commercial projects CDM, H&S, RAMS and handover sheets

Understanding of the solar PV installation process
Understanding of MCS accreditation
