£250-£285 per day + Bonus + Car allowance + Mileage + Other benefits

This company is a well-established and regarded construction company who operate around the Southwest. They work for a number of interesting clients as well as acting as a principal contractor themselves. Their focus on high quality of service has found them great success since establishing. They are currently experiencing an increase in workload and are seeking a Site Manager to help oversee a 48-house development in Tewkesbury. This is initially a 3-month contract, with the potential to transition to a permanent position upon project completion.
The ideal candidate will be a Site Manager with residential timber frame experience, capable of hitting the ground running, while holding a valid SMSTS qualification and a full UK driver's license.
