Service Advisor (HVAC)
$65,000 - $75,000 + Bonus + 401(k) + Benefits Package + PTO + Management Progression

Are you a HVAC Service Technician looking to get off the tools into a customer facing role, utilising your technical support expertise?

This company are a growing, stable, and locally respected HVAC company. In this role you'll play a key role in advising customers, troubleshooting issues, and working closely with service, sales, and technical teams to ensure installations and equipment operate reliably and efficiently.
This company continues to invest in its service function and is seeking a Technical Service Advisor to focus on customer support and service excellence. Rather than purely field work, this role blends technical expertise with customer interaction, helping the company grow its reputation as the go-to provider in the region.

The Role:
- Advise customers on HVAC issues and provide expert troubleshooting guidance
- Speak directly with contractors and end-users to resolve installation and service challenges
- Support continuous improvement in service delivery and customer satisfaction
The Person:
- Experience as a Service Engineer, HVAC Technician, or similar technical role
- Background in HVAC systems and a strong understanding of installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-facing experience
