Senior Quantity Surveyor
Wolverhampton (Office Based with Hybrid)
£55,000 - £65,000 + Car / Car Allowance + Healthcare + Pension + Bonus Opportunities
Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong client-side (PQS) background, looking for a long-term role within a stable consultancy that places real emphasis on quality, development and long-term careers?
Excellent opportunity to join an established consultancy delivering a range of services across a diverse client base. The business offers a varied workload across both client-side (PQS) and construction-focused QS commissions, with a consistent pipeline of repeat work and a strong reputation.
This role offers genuine autonomy, responsibility, and exposure to the full PQS lifecycle of projects. It is ideally suited to a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor who enjoys a hands-on, client-facing role and is comfortable managing projects independently.
You will be joining a professional team with a good working environment a clear focus on long-term progression as the consultancy continues to grow.
The Role:
* Delivery of client-side PQS and QS services from pre-contract through to final account
* Cost planning, tender documentation, and procurement
* Preparation and agreement of valuations, variations, and cost reports
* Contract administration and cost planning
* Supporting and mentoring junior staff and apprentices
The Person:
* Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying
* Strong PQS / client-side background
* Confident managing projects independently across multiple commissions
* Strong technical understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
