$115,000 - $130,000 + 3 weeks PTO + Medical + Dental + Visual + 401k (6%)

This company provides custom energy solutions to a variety of clients such as power plants, oil and gas companies, data centres and other markets. Their innovate energy solutions are designed and made modularly in Florida for projects all over the globe, ranging from North America to Asia to the Middle East. With big growth plans, they are looking for motivated individuals to add value to their already professional team.

They are looking to fill a Senior Project manager to manage all aspects of a new large complex project from inception until conclusion. The initial project is a turbine in the air cooling solution for a large oil and gas facility and they are looking for an experienced individual be responsible for coordinating and managing the full project lifecycle through facilitating review, compliance, change control, negotiation and more.

The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in managing large complex projects. They must be from a power, oil & gas or data centre background with the ability to work both independently and as a team. They will have strong communication skills and it is preferred if they are certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP).

The Role:

* Manage all aspects of large complex projects from inception to conclusion
* Coordinate and manage the full project lifecycle of the innovative modular energy solutions
* Facilitate the review and input to scope compliance, to include change control and negotiating those, and supplementary client documentation
* Manage the coordination of internal resources, clients, vendors, sub-contractors, contractors, technicians and other stakeholders

The Person:

* Master's degree in construction, engineering or management related discipline
* Experience in the power, oil & gas, data center industries
* Experience managing large scale projects
* Preferred: Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
