Project Manager

Are you a Construction Project Manager with healthcare or commercial experience looking to lead complex, high-value projects while progressing into a senior leadership role within a company that genuinely promotes from within?
On offer is the opportunity to take full ownership of technically demanding healthcare projects while following a clearly defined progression path toward Senior Project Manager and long-term leadership. You will be trusted with responsibility, supported by experienced leadership, and developed as a future senior figure in the business.
This is a well-established and rapidly growing contractor with a strong presence across Southwest Florida. They are known for delivering complex healthcare and commercial projects, including hospital expansions, medical office buildings, and renovations in live, occupied environments. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are now looking for a Project Manager to lead some of their most high-profile healthcare projects.
In this role, you will manage projects from preconstruction through completion. You will oversee schedules, budgets, procurement, and coordination across all stakeholders while acting as a key point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and in full compliance with AHCA and healthcare regulations.
This role would suit a Project Manager with healthcare and or commercial construction experience who is motivated by ownership, professional growth, and long-term progression within a stable, respected contractor.
The Role:
- Manage healthcare and commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement, and cost control
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, superintendents, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and quality expectations
The Person:
- Proven experience managing healthcare and or commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project execution
- Confident leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Motivated by career progression into senior leadership
