Senior iOS Engineer (AVFoundation)

They're expanding their iOS team to help architect and scale core systems across iPhone, iPad, Watch, and Mac, optimize computationally intense features, and build innovative experiences that democratize the pro sports experience for all athletes.
You'll sit at the intersection of infrastructure, product, and user experience, building advanced AI-powered features. Expect meaningful ownership over client-side architecture, performance optimization, and end-to-end feature delivery across a product that's evolving quickly.
You'll work closely with the founding team (AI experts from leading tech companies), shipping directly to production, iterating fast, and laying down the foundations that the wider iOS team will build on. It's a high-autonomy environment, ideal for someone who thrives in fast feedback loops and wants to see their work used immediately by real users.

The Role
*Develop intuitive interfaces across iPhone, iPad, Watch, and Mac platforms
*Design and implement testable, reusable code using modern patterns such as MVVM, leveraging both UIKit and SwiftUI
*Optimize cutting-edge AI/ML features for optimal mobile performance
*Own key architectural decisions around rendering, performance optimization, and modern build systems
The Person
*Strong iOS development experience with deep expertise in Swift, SwiftUI and UIKit
*Strong proficiency in Apple frameworks such as AVFoundation and modern iOS APIs
*Startup or small-team experience showing end-to-end ownership and high agency
*Happy to work 4 days a week in office in either Berkeley OR Irvine, CA
