Fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and expanding business, in a Senior Estimator role focusing on Ground Engineering and Remediation works.
Are you an Estimator with Remediation or Ground Engineering experience, looking for a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on large and diverse projects? Are you looking for a role with progression to Directorship and the chance to manage your own team?
This company specialise in Ground Engineering and Remediation services. They offer a range of services including concrete structural repairs, ground remediation and geotechnical solutions. Their portfolio of work includes residential, commercial, basements, bridges and industrial buildings. Due to their impressive order book and continued growth they are looking to expand their team with an experienced Senior Estimator.
In this office and site based role, you will be involved in all commercial aspects of projects. Ensuring all tender correspondence is recorded and logged, reviewing contents of tender preparation, preparing tender queries and clarifications and reviewing subcontract tender submissions.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced estimator who has experience in ground engineering, remediation and/or concrete structural repairs. The ideal candidate will also have the desire to manage and contribute to the success of the business. You will be a self-starter, and have strong communication skills.

The Role:
- Senior Estimator
- Review contents of tender documentation
- Ensure estimates are in line with legislation
- Prepare bills of quantities
- Submit subcontractor enquiries and review tender submissions
- Employee owned business - progression to Director

- Previous experience in Ground Engineering/Remediation work

- Self-starter, ambitious, and good communication skills
- Happy to travel to sites throughout UK
