Energy Marshal - Data Center

On offer is a pivotal site-based position where you will act as the primary authority for energy control and electrical safety. You will review and coordinate MOPs, validate switching sequences, interpret single-line diagrams, and ensure all energization procedures are executed safely and in accordance with industry standards. You will work alongside commissioning teams, project managers, and subcontractors to deliver compliant, high-performance critical power systems.
This role would suit a Licensed Electrician, Electrical Engineer, or experienced Energy Marshal looking for long-term project stability, strong earning potential, and progression within the mission-critical sector.
The Role:
- Lead and oversee all electrical safety, energization, and LOTO activity on active data center construction sites
- Review and approve Methods of Procedure (MOPs) and energy control documentation
- Interpret single-line diagrams and ensure correct redundancy and safe switching practices
- Clear progression pathway into Senior / Chief Energy Marshal roles with ongoing technical development
The Candidate:
- Licensed Electrician or Electrical Engineer (or equivalent electrical trades background)
- Experience in Energy Marshal, energy control, or electrical safety leadership roles
- Background in data centers, substations, utilities, or large industrial power distribution systems
