$100,000 - $115,000 + Training + Progression + Annual Bonus + Full Benefits + 401k + PTO

This company is a privately owned, employee-focused energy project management firm, delivering turnkey lighting and energy efficiency solutions nationwide.
In this role, you'll split your time between project-based Salesforce enhancements and user support, working closely with stakeholders to improve automation, data quality, reporting, and system integrations. You'll also help support users day-to-day, acting as a trusted internal Salesforce expert.
This role would suit a Salesforce professional who enjoys learning new skills and wants to take advantage of extensive training, being a technical expert and wants a clear path toward Senior and Principal Salesforce Administrator levels.
The Role:
- Own day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and support of Salesforce
- Respond to Salesforce Help Desk tickets and Teams-based user questions
- Support integrations between Salesforce and ERP / proprietary systems
The Candidate:
- Salesforce experience supporting sales and/or service teams
- Background with Salesforce automation
- Comfortable supporting users and troubleshooting issues in a live environment
