Sales/Applications Engineer (m/f/x)

Excellent opportunity for a commercially minded, mechanical engineer to join an international company in an autonomous, dynamic role where you will work with blue chip clients and have the chance to travel Europe.
This company are a specialist manufacturer of mechanical components for a variety of applications and industries. Due to an internal promotion and to further expand their Sales team in Germany they are looking to take on an Applications Engineer at their site in Bavaria.
In this role you will work a mixture of in the office and visiting customers, working closely with the sales team to answer technical queries and discuss with clients how to best align their requirements. You will work from engineering drawings and provide technical reviews of requirements. You will report to the Engineering Manager for the role.
The person will be mechanically minded and be commercial focussed with good client facing manner. You will be comfortable travelling as part of the role as well as being part of a small team.

*Good English knowledge - German not essential but preferred
*Comfortable travelling as part of the role.
