Are you an experienced Sales & Operations Manager with a strong background in the healthcare industry, specifically in power wheelchairs?

A growing healthcare provider is looking for a hands-on leader to join their team and take responsibility for driving sales, managing operations, and supporting the launch of new high-end product ranges.

In this role, you'll combine strategic business development with operational leadership, overseeing the day-to-day running of the sales team while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
You'll also play a key role in tender submissions, implementing ISO standards, and collaborating with investors and stakeholders to ensure the continued growth and success of the business.

The Role:

  • Lead and manage a busy sales operation, ensuring targets and operational standards are met
  • Drive new business development, including launching new product ranges
  • Oversee tender submissions and qualification processes
  • Implement and maintain ISO standards and other operational processes
  • Collaborate with investors and stakeholders to support business growth
  • Spend 60% office-based on operational management and 40% developing new business

The Person:

  • Extensive experience in business development within the healthcare industry
  • Proven ability to manage a dynamic sales operation
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Experience with healthcare equipment, particularly power wheelchairs, is essential
  • Ambitious and motivated, with the potential to progress to a future directorship
