South USA- REMOTE - Travel 75% (Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky)
Are you an experienced Boiler Service Manager or Senior Boiler Technician looking for a highly autonomous role where you can take full ownership of service operations and be the go-to technical and customer-facing expert?

The Role:
- Independently manage and oversee boiler service operations across the territory
- Act as the primary technical and customer-facing point of contact
- Schedule, coordinate, and oversee service, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities
The Candidate:
- Strong background in boiler service, combustion systems, or HVAC/thermal equipment
- Experience operating autonomously or in a senior service/lead role
- Excellent customer-facing and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload and priorities independently
