Regional Operations Manager (Energy and Decarbonisation)
London / South Region - Hybrid Working

A leading UK energy and engineering services organisation is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of a portfolio of major energy projects across the South East. The business operates at the forefront of energy efficiency and decarbonisation, supporting public and private sector clients on their transition to lower-carbon, more resilient estates.
In this role, you will take responsibility for regional project performance, leading multidisciplinary teams and managing external partners to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will work closely with senior leadership, commercial, engineering, and safety teams, while also contributing to continuous improvement and future growth initiatives.

The Role:
- Lead the operational delivery of a regional portfolio of energy and infrastructure projects
- Own performance across programme, cost, quality, and safety metrics
- Manage and develop project delivery teams and key external partners
- Oversee governance, reporting, risk management, and client-facing communications
- Drive continuous improvement and support early-stage project development and growth
The Person:
- Extensive experience in senior project or operations leadership within engineering or construction
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead multidisciplinary teams
- Strong commercial awareness with experience overseeing budgets and delivery performance
- Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with senior stakeholders
- Motivated by sustainability, energy efficiency, and long-term environmental impact
