Regional Facilities Manager
£50,000 - £55,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Hybrid Working + 10% Bonus + Private Medical + Benefits
South East - Kent & Essex, Ideally Located: Maidstone, Southend-on-Sea, Chelmsford, Colchester, etc
Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm - Home Based + Regional Travel
Are you a Facilities Manager from a Hard Services FM background? Are you looking to join a nationally renowned business in a highly autonomous role where you can directly contribute to operational success in your surrounding areas?

In this role you will work alongside Service Managers in your patch to ensure all planned and reactive maintenance is completed to high standards, in line with company KPI's. You will also cover other finance and people related duties within your team.

The Role:
- Monday - Friday, home based with regional travel
- Operating as a line manager alongside the Engineering Management team
- Covering both People & Finance related duties
The Person:
- Experience within Hard Services FM
- A relevant industry qualification is desirable (including membership to a professional institution)
- Full UK driving license
