Exeter, commutable from: Exmouth, Newton Abbott, Plymouth, Dawlish, Paignton, Brixham, Teignmouth, Ivybridge, Totnes, Tiverton & all surrounding areas

Are you a Quantity Surveyor with a background in MEP packages, looking to play a key role in delivering a major healthcare infrastructure project?
This is an opportunity to take full commercial ownership of a high-value installation within a flagship emergency care development, contributing to a project that will have a lasting impact on regional healthcare services.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, supply chain partners, and project teams, ensuring commercial excellence from pre-construction through to final account. With a strong emphasis on mentoring and professional growth, this position offers the chance to further develop your expertise while contributing to the success of a nationally significant build.

The Role:
- Lead commercial management of a major MEP package
- Manage valuations, variations, and project cash flow
- Procure and manage subcontractors
The Candidate:
- Degree qualified or equivalent in quantity surveying or commercial management
- Experience of MEP projects or similar
- Skilled in variations, claims, and contracts
