In this role you will be working with a future driven team to collaborate on the organization of maintenance staff & contractors to ensure property maintenance is running smoothly, along with management of the tenants. This role will require you to understand portfolio budgets whilst being aware of & applying building codes & New York building laws. Along with this, your role will be to handle the move in & move out requests, whilst providing home service requirements to residents.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Property Manager that is keen to join a team focussed company & a great place to work. They have exciting growth plans with an excellent pipeline across the next few years giving the right person a fantastic opportunity to grow & progress technically & build a team to support company growth.

Role:

* Ensuring the maintenance requests are handled
* Organisation of maintenance staff & contractors
* Handling move in & move out requests
* Maintain the physical condition of the property

The Person:

* Experienced as a number 1 Property Manager
* Ambitious & keen to progress & lead a team
* Local to the Bronx
* Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal staff, contractors, clients & residents
