An exciting opportunity for a motivated works manger to take ownership of a varied portfolio of small works projects, managing everything from initial survey to final handover. It's an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on autonomy, responsibility and delivering high-quality outcomes.

You'll be joining a growing construction business that delivers property reinstatement, conversions and refurbishment projects across residential sectors. They work with a number of insurance companies on properties that have been damaged proving a smooth, hassle free fix. With a strong reputation, a healthy pipeline and an new clients they are looking to bring on a strong construction professional who understands Project Management in the insurance industry.
You'll manage projects from inception to completion, carrying out surveys, preparing estimates, coordinating trades and communicating closely with clients. The role is fast-paced and hands-on, requiring excellent organisation and the ability to keep projects on track financially and operationally.
This suits someone with experience in project management, small works, insurance reinstatement or building surveying. You'll thrive if you're proactive, solutions-focused, well-organised and comfortable leading people while maintaining strong client relationships. This position suits someone ambitious, client-facing and confident managing budgets, trades and expectations.

The Role
* Managing multiple projects from survey to completion
* Recruiting and coordinating trades to support project delivery
* Preparing estimates, budgets and change orders
* Ensuring compliance with CDM regulations
* Liaising with clients and stakeholders throughout delivery
* Presenting project performance in client meetings
The Person
* Experience in construction project management or building/quantity surveying
* Strong organisational and leadership skills
* Proactive attitude with excellent communication skills
* Ability to manage clients, teams and project deadlines effectively
* Full UK driving licence
