Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in civil construction, site development, or underground utilities, looking to take ownership of large-scale projects with a growing contractor?
On offer is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join a well-established and highly respected civil contractor, where you'll play a key role in delivering projects safely, on time, and on budget.
This company is known for successfully delivering complex civil and utility infrastructure projects and continues to grow. Due to a strong and consistent pipeline of work, they are now looking for a Project Manager to help manage their projects to the highest standards.
In this role, you will oversee the full project lifecycle from pre-construction support through to project close-out. You'll be responsible for scheduling, financial management, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and client communication, ensuring each project meets company standards for safety, quality, and profitability. You'll work closely with estimators, superintendents, and senior management to drive successful outcomes across multiple projects.
This role would suit a Project Manager from a heavy civil or site development background who is looking for long-term stability, strong support, and clear progression within a reputable contractor.
The Role:
- Civil Construction Project Manager (site work & underground utilities)
- Manage projects from pre-construction through completion and close-out
- Develop and manage project schedules using Microsoft Project
The Person:
- Experience as a Project Manager in civil construction
- Background in underground utilities, earthwork, and site development
- Proficient with project systems such as HeavyBid, HeavyJob, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
