Civil Project Manager

Are you a Civil Project Manager looking to take full responsibility for site development and underground utility projects while building a long-term career with a stable and growing contractor?

With a consistent pipeline of work and a focus on long-term relationships, they provide a structured, supportive environment where Project Managers are given autonomy and the resources needed to succeed.
In this role, you will manage the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through close-out. You will be responsible for scheduling, cost control, subcontractor coordination, quality management, and client communication, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and profitably. You will work closely with estimators, superintendents, and senior leadership to drive successful outcomes across multiple projects.
This role would suit a Civil Project Manager from a site development or underground utilities background who is looking for stability, ownership of their work, and clear progression within a respected contractor.
The Role:
- Manage civil construction projects from pre-construction through completion and close-out
- Oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and project documentation
- Coordinate closely with superintendents, estimators, and clients to ensure smooth delivery
- Maintain safety, quality, and profitability across site development and utility projects
The Person:
- Experienced Project Manager within civil construction
- Background in underground utilities, earthwork, and site development
- Proficient with project tools such as HeavyBid, HeavyJob, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- Organized, accountable, and motivated by ownership and long-term progression
