Birmingham, with sites across the Midlands
£60,000 - £65,000 + £5k Car Allowance + Bonus + Training


This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing commercial construction contractor delivering high-value new build project. You will have ample opportunity to play a pivotal role in company growth where you can support with hands on delivery across multiple sites.

Are you an experienced Site Manager or Project Manager looking to step into a role with real responsibility and autonomy? Do you want to work on technically interesting, high-quality developments where you are trusted to manage projects from start to finish?

This growing construction company specialise in the construction of commercial projects in and around the Midlands. With the majority of their projects being new build projects, ranging from healthcare to student accommodation. With a strong focus on quality throughout the whole process has coincidentally found them solid success as of late and has resulted in a strong workbook for the next coming years. This is why they are looking to add to their long standing and dynamic work force with this exciting opportunity.

You will be responsible for managing projects from pre-start through to completion, overseeing programmes, reporting progress to directors, and coordinating site teams, labour, and materials. The role is predominantly site-based, with regular interaction across multiple stakeholders including clients and internal teams.

Therefore, the ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, be confident producing and managing programmes, and be comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. Experience delivering care homes, apartments, or commercial developments would be highly advantageous.

  • Managing projects from start to finish
  • Create, monitor and manage construction programmes
  • Office based in Birmingham, with sites across the Midlands
  • Great pipeline of work and further development

The Person:

  • Experienced Site or Project Manager
  • Strong programme and reporting skills
  • Experience delivering healthcare, commercial or residential development projects
  • CSCS and SMSTS
  • Commutable distance to the Birmingham office and willing to travel
