Construction Project Manager
Salary: $80,000- $120,000 (DOE) + Unlimited PTO + Bonuses + Career Progression + Medical Benefits

In this role, you will be based in the Roanoke office where you will have the exciting opportunity to work on existing structures and provide expertise on the repair and rehabilitation of these structures. In addition, you will have the opportunity to join a company in growth phase as they look to expand further whilst keeping their family feel.
You will be one of the leaders of the construction team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing crews and administrating all activities of assigned projects, reviewing submittals and RFIs, and to review estimations and specifications.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager with experience on bridge projects to take on a role with progression opportunities, as well as working in a role offering a great salary.
The role:
- Overseeing and monitoring job progress.
- Overseeing submittals and RFI reviews.
- Reviewing estimations and specifications.
The Person:
- Experience in a project manager or assistant project manager role.
- Experience with bridges or rehabilitation of existing structures.
- Valid Driving License.
- US Work Authorization.
