Project Coordinator (12 month FTC)

£33,000 - £36,000 + Mon - Thu(7:30 - 4:30) + Early Finish on Friday (7:30 - 3:30) + 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Site Based Role commutable from Stoke-on-Trent, Stafford Cannock, Stone, Rugeley, Penkridge, Newport, Eccleshall, Uttoxeter, Staffordshire Moorlands, Hednesford, Burntwood, Lichfield


Excellent opportunity for a Project Coordinator or someone from a construction or project coordination background to join a growing company where you will play a key role supporting installation and construction related projects.


This role sits within an established projects team responsible for coordinating installation and construction related work across a range of sites. You will be responsible for helping ensure projects run smoothly from initial planning through to completion, working closely with internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors.


In this position you will coordinate project timelines, organise materials and resources, support subcontractor scheduling and maintain communication with clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.


The ideal candidate will have experience within construction, project coordination, contracts administration or project support, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.


The Role


  • Coordinating multiple installation and construction related projects

  • Working with clients to confirm project specifications and timelines

  • Managing subcontractors, suppliers and delivery schedules

  • Supporting project delivery to ensure work is completed on time and within scope


The Person


  • Background in construction, project coordination, project support or similar

  • Strong organisational and planning skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

  • Good communication skills working with clients and internal teams

  • Full UK driving licence
