Production Manager / Manufacturing Manager (Mechanical Engineering)
£40,000 - £55,000 + Full Industry Training + Career Progression
Office Based, Commutable from Kidderminster, Worcester, Birmingham, Tenbury, Bromsgrove and surrounding areas with field based travel
Are you from a Mechanical Manufacturing background with strong leadership experience looking to take full control of the manufacturing team overseeing 20 direct reports, where you will be given full industry training and further scope to take the team through exciting growth and further progress your career?
On offer is the exciting opportunity to take control of a small manufacturing team and have full control of processes and implementation of strategies to further propel the team, where you will work closely with the directors to upskill and improve the production environment.
The Company have over 30 employees and have grown year on year, they have exciting plans to double their size, and are renowned for their production expertise.
This role would suit someone from a Mechanical Manufacturing background with strong leadership experience looking to take full control of the manufacturing team
The Role:
*Overseeing 20 direct reports with the vision to propel the team to upwards of 40 engineers
*Being hands on in all aspects of the production environment such as People management, Planning, Quality, Lean etc
*exciting prospects of career progression and training
The Person:
*Previous Mechanical Engineering or similar experience
*Passion for leadership and process improvements
