Do you have electronics / mechatronics experience within a manufacturing environment looking to step up into a management position for a rapidly growing company who offer specialist training and excellent progression opportunities?

The company specialize in design and manufacturing of state-of-the-art robotic machines, supplying a variety of blue-chip clients across the UK and Internationally. Due to recent success, they have ambitious plans of further expansion.
In this varied role, you will be responsible for managing the production department to ensure continuous improvement of processes from cradle to grave.
This would suit someone from a manufacturing background with electronics or mechatronics experience looking for an autonomous role with a rapidly growing business.
