Production Manager
£50,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Norwich, commutable from (Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft, Wymondham, Attleborough, Beccles, Cromer or surrounding areas)
Are you a Production Manager from a manufacturing background, looking to take ownership of a growing operation and play a key role in driving digital transformation on the shop floor?
On offer is a senior leadership position where you will take full responsibility for production performance across a highly bespoke manufacturing site, leading a workforce and driving efficiency through data-led decision making.
This market leading, niche manufacturing company supply cutting edge products to a range of high profile sectors. Due to ongoing expansion they are looking for a Production Manager.
In this role, you will oversee all day-to-day production operations, workflow and delivery while championing the implementation of a digital shop floor capture system.
This role would suit a Production Manager with a strong engineering understanding, experience in bespoke or low-volume manufacturing, and a proven track record of improving production performance through systems, structure and leadership.
The Role:
- Full responsibility for production operations and shop floor performance
- Implement and champion a digital shop floor capture system
- Support continuous improvement and operational growth
The Person:
- Production Manager / Manufacturing Manager background
- Experience with ERP / MRP systems and digital production tools
- Commutable to Norwich
