Do you have supervisory/management experience within manufacturing and have worked within the joinery/shopfitting industry previously?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving, design-led manufacturing business recognised for its craftsmanship, quality, and complete turnkey service. You'll oversee all aspects of manufacturing, technical, and site operations within a growing company that has established itself as a market leader in bespoke joinery and interior fit-outs.
You'll work closely with senior leadership, taking ownership of production planning, people management, and project delivery, while driving improvements in efficiency, quality, and safety.

This position would suit somebody from a joinery/shopfitting background looking for an interesting and varied role.
The Role:
- Lead & Manage all workshop activities
- Oversee production planning, capacity management, and contract coordination to meet customer requirement
- Oversee quality and health & safety
The Candidate:
- Previous experience withing joinery / shopfitting
- Previous management experience within manufacturing
