Process Engineer

Are you a Process Engineer, from a manufacturing background, looking to join an ambitious, rapidly growing manufacturer looking to play a lead role in boosting performance, with room to progress into senior management?
This is an excellent opportunity to make a vital impact on plant efficiency, by taking a technical lead on continuous improvement projects and implementing the latest Lean Manufacturing techniques.

You will be responsible for the analysis of current production lines, leading Lean improvements, and leaving your mark on this market-leading manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for creating SOPs and training staff on newly developed procedures.
This role would suit a Process Engineer looking to advance their career with a company that will allow them the autonomy to make a real impression on the running of the facility and overall performance of the wider company.
The role:
- Recommending improvements and revisions.
- Training staff on new processes and changes
- Establishing and documenting SOPs
- Real progression opportunities all the way to VP of Manufacturing.
The candidate:
- 4-5 years of Process Engineering experience within a manufacturing setting.
- Bachelor's degree from any Engineering curriculum.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and strong competency with Microsoft Excel.
