The Role:
- Develop, implement, and optimize process improvement and CI initiatives
- Work hands on in a bespoke manufacturing environment
- Progress into Senior, Lead & Management positions
- Monday to Friday, 3rd Shift
The Candidate:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven process or continuous improvement experience
- Motivated to become a technical subject matter expert
