As a Principal AI Research Scientist, you'll define the research roadmap while staying hands-on with code, experiments, and prototyping. You'll drive innovation in areas like large-scale generative models, multimodal learning, and foundation model architectures, working alongside top engineers and researchers to push the boundaries of what's possible.

The Role
* Define and lead a portfolio of ambitious research projects
* Prototype and experiment rapidly, adapting to new discoveries
* Build and test novel AI systems across LLMs, generative, and multimodal models
* Publish in top venues and contribute to the broader research community
* Mentor junior researchers and shape the organization's scientific culture
The Person
* PhD in CS/ML or related field with 5+ years of research experience
* Proven publication record in top-tier conferences (e.g. CVPR, NeurIPS, ICLR)
* Expertise in LLMs, generative models, or multimodal learning
* Strong Python + deep learning framework experience (PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow)
* Track record of mentoring, scientific leadership, and real-world impact
