In this role you will be responsible for estimating and budgeting; putting together multiple estimate packages for each project. You should be well versed in schematic budgets, design and development drawings and pricing up multiple options to ensure cost effectiveness. You should be technically knowledgeable, able to communicate effectively, provide high levels of customer service and capable of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience putting together written and graphical presentations and qualification proposals is a fundamental component of this job.

The Role
- Estimating and determining schematic budgets, reading design and development drawings and calculating overall costs for new and existing projects
- Building and maintaining relationships
- Ensure clear lines of communication with the owner, subcontractors and all personnel on the project
- $100,000 - $120,000 + Bonus + Vehicle Allowance + Training + Progression Available
The Person
- Commercial/Healthcare construction project experience
- Experience as an Estimator / Preconstruction Manager
- Experience on multi-million dollar projects
- Looking for a long term, stable role with progression available
