Due to their continued expansion, they are now looking for an Estimator to contribute to some of their most exclusive construction projects and help them achieve their growth plans.
In this role, you will prepare detailed cost estimates, manage bid packages, and collaborate with clients, and internal teams. You will play a key role in preconstruction, ensuring accurate budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and supporting successful project delivery.
This role would suit an Estimator from a drywall or framing background who is looking to take the next step in their career and grow within a company that supports long-term career development.
The Role:
- Drywall & Stucco Construction Estimator
- Prepare detailed estimates and quantity take-offs from project drawings and specifications
- Manage the bid process from pre-construction through turnover
The Person:
- Experience estimating large drywall construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction procedures, designs, and drawings
- Proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid
