This dynamic and market leading company, specialise in office design and fit out/refurbishment - working on projects across the entirety of the UK for high-end blue chip clients. All of their projects are centered around providing the client with a superior service, which is testament to them being market leaders in what they do. After exceeding their annual sales targets, for the past 3 years, across all 4 offices, due to an impressive order book, they are looking to further expand their portfolio of office design projects. The company are looking to invest in the future of the business and are therefore looking to recruit an ambitious pre-construction manager who will autonomously lead a team and the costing of all projects and have huge influence on the commercial success of the company.

In this role, you will be responsible for all technical and commercial aspects of projects, undertaking activities including but not limited to; working closely with the senior designer to ensure alignment between the design and the cost on multiple high-value CAT A & B office fit out projects, during the bidding and pre-construction periods. The preconstruction manager will meet financial objectives by managing their team, winning over new clients and by driving a successful commercial outcome for all projects.

This role would ideally suit a preconstruction manager with experience in managing complex costings of fit out projects, competent in both Estimating and Quantity Surveying. The correct candidate will be looking to autonomously manage technically challenging office fit out projects for a dynamic and market leading company with an excellent reputation, who are known to support and develop their staff, encouraging a 'promote from within culture.
