In this role you will have full autonomy to oversee daily operations across production, manufacturing, quality, maintenance, and supply chain. The Role:
- Direct all daily operations across production, manufacturing, quality, maintenance, and supply chain
- Lead and mentor a large multi-functional department, partnering with managers to maximize performance
- Drive strategic decisions on budgeting, forecasting, and product development alongside the Owner

- Proven leadership experience within a high-output manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong operational background in budgeting, strategic planning, and employee relations
- Results-driven professional seeking a high-impact, long-term role leading a dedicated multifunctional team
