Operations Manager
Malmö, Sweden
62,500 SEK - 70,000 SEK per month (750k SEK - 840k SEK annual) + Performance Bonus (To be discussed at prescreen stage) + Monday to Friday + Pension + Holiday

Reporting directly to the Director, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day business functions, including administration, logistics, invoicing, CRM, marketing, and occasional business development. The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to "stamp their own mark" on the business while enjoying full autonomy over their own diary.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Operations, District, or Regional Manager with a focus on organisation and structure. You should be commercially driven and, ideally, possess experience within the water treatment industry.

The Role
*Operations Manager
*Overseeing day-to-day operations within the water treatment industry.
*Managing multifaceted activities including administration, logistics, invoicing, and marketing.
*Restructuring and implementing new processes to maximise business growth.
The Person
*Background as an Operations, District, or Regional Manager.
*Experience in an industrial sector; ideally water treatment.
*Highly organised with the ability to manage logistics, marketing, and general administration.
*Ideally located in Malmö. Candidates from Copenhagen, Stockholm, or Gothenburg are also encouraged to apply.
*Able to work independently and autonomously.
